We understand the importance of your timepiece and are committed to ensuring its longevity and performance. When you purchase a watch from The Consignee, you receive an 18-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch movement. This includes issues such as internal mechanical failure that is not a result of accidental damage or misuse.

What Is Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover:
External Damage: This includes any dents, scratches, or other damage to the case, crystal, or bracelet.

Accidental Damage: Damage caused by drops, impacts, or any other form of physical shock.

Water Damage: Any issues resulting from water exposure beyond the watch's stated water resistance rating.

Normal Wear and Tear: The natural aging and wear of the watch and its components.
Any unauthorized repair or modification will void this warranty.
